Join Us In Supporting the Corner Farmers Market!Ā

Uhtred’s Table is back this week at the Corner Farmers Market! He’ll be offering hand-painted ornaments and his usual drawings and paintings! āœØ

Join us (and him) at the coolest farmers market in Greensboro where the spirit of giving abounds! As you may know, all of the $ Uhtred raises at his table goes to the market’s Green for Greens fund, which doubles the SNAP dollars for neighbors in need. Donate this Saturday, get an Uhtred-crafted souvenir, and secure your spot on Santa’s nice list! šŸŽ…šŸ½

If you’d like to support this worthy cause, come by and grab an Uhtred ornament or consider your very own Green for Greens donation. ā¤ļø

Wild Foraged Christmas Trees!

šŸŒ² Did you know that in NC, 90-99% of Christmas Tree farms spray Roundup and other toxic substances around their trees? Damn and damn!

šŸŽ„ Horrible, right? This is one reason why, for years, we’ve opted for wild foraged trees from our land and before that–from the land of family members. Not only are our trees quirky, open branched (great for seeing all of your ornaments), and great smelling, they’re also spray free and organic. Emma’s mom’s asthma acted up every Christmas when Emma was a child, and once her family started choosing foraged trees from their land she had no further issues at Christmas.

šŸ• If you’re concerned about the food you eat and the substances you touch, consider thinking twice about where you get your Christmas tree this year. Family pets, young children, and others spend a lot of time interacting with your Christmas tree–making them at a higher risk for touching whatever toxic residue is maybe left behind. We encourage you to think organic for your Christmas trees, too!

We’ll have lots of trees of various sizes at the Corner Farmers Market this Saturday from 8am-12pm.Ā We hope to see you there!
