FAQ: What fruit trees can I grow here?
Well, you’re in luck! Almost all of your favorite fruits can be grown in our area of North Carolina.
This includes apples, peaches, plums, nectarines, pears, persimmons, paw paws, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and even some cold-hardy citrus plants will thrive outside! 98% of the fruit trees and edible plants that we have listed on our plant list can be grown without any trouble outside in our climate (see our pinned post for our 2023 plant list and stay tuned for the 2024 plant list reveal later this week).
